香川県丸亀市で自家栽培のさつまいもシルクスイートをオリーブオイルで揚げました。熟成されたシルクスイートは、水分が多く、食感が絹のようにしっとり滑らかに焼き上がることも、この名の由来です。

いろいろな香川の味ならではを楽しめます。
当店では、厳選された素材を使用し、職人の手による丁寧な製造工程を経て、一つ一つ丁寧に作られています。シルクスイートの製作過程には、多くのこだわりと愛情が込められています。
Silk Sweet Chips – Local Flavors from Marugame, Kagawa
Grown on our own farm in Marugame City, Kagawa Prefecture, our Silk Sweet sweet potatoes are sliced and fried in olive oil. These sweet potatoes are known for their high moisture content and smooth, silky texture when baked—hence the name “Silk Sweet.”
This is part of our Local Flavor Series, featuring unique tastes from Kagawa: Wasanbon (fine Japanese sugar), Kagawa Hon-taka chili, Bone-in Chicken, Moringa, Olive, and Indigo. Each chip captures the distinct charm of the region.
At our shop, we use only carefully selected ingredients and craft every batch by hand with care and precision. The process of creating Silk Sweet Chips is filled with dedication, attention to detail, and love for the ingredients.
和三盆…香川県を代表する高級砂糖・和三盆・上品な甘さでチップスと合います。
Wasanbon – A premium sugar from Kagawa, known for its delicate sweetness that pairs beautifully with the chips.
香川本鷹…とうがらしの中で一番辛い本鷹、スナックに合わせ癖になる味です。
Kagawa Hon-taka – One of the spiciest chili peppers, Hon-taka adds an addictive kick that pairs perfectly with the chips.
骨付き鳥…塩コショウがよく効いてるビールが欲しくなる味付けです。
Bone-in Chicken – Seasoned with plenty of salt and pepper, this bold flavor will have you craving a cold beer.
モリンガ…植物の中で一番栄養がある国連も認めるスーパーフードです。スナックを食べながら栄養が取れます。

オリーブ…オリーブのリーフを使い少し苦みがありオリーブの木を感じられるチップスです。

藍…藍染のイメージが強い藍ですが実は昔は漢方に使われたりもしてました。癖もなく食べやすいです。
